We came to Ottawa for Tulip Festival ... loved the food ... we tried Dal Makani .. Kadai panner and malai kofta .. and veg. Biryani and masala soda
Their butter chicken actually has a lot of chicken in it (compared to the other places I’ve been to) and the naan was really delicious that I actually ordered 2 takeout orders of it. The staff are extremely kind and very attentive and lovely! Will come back again
The restaurant is well maintained and has a very presentable interior, clean and sleek. The staff are very friendly and well dressed. The food is really prepared with care and is very tasty. Loved the experience and will definitely visit again.
We ordered veggie platter, gobhi Manchurian, dal makhani, jeera rice, shahi ghosht, paneer butter masala, mango lassi and sweet lassi. Everything was delicious. Vibe is awesome. It’s proper fine dining. Gobhi Manchurian was best. Whole food was fresh and hot. Service was great. overall best experience.

From the moment you arrive, the place impresses with its neat and well-maintained setup. The layout is smartly designed to handle busy times without ever feeling overcrowded. We ordered the Butter Chicken Lababdar and Garlic Naan, and honestly, it was fantastic. The naan was hot, soft, and perfectly done. The curry was rich, flavorful, and just the right balance of spices – absolutely spot on! The staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, adding to the overall great experience. There’s convenient parking available, and the entire space is kept very clean and tidy. If you’re craving authentic Indian food in the Kanata area, this place is definitely worth checking out!
nice restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent overall, and the lamb was especially delicious — tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend!
We ordered very straightforward dishes of Shahi paneer, Chana saag , garlic naan, tandoori roti .. all of them came pretty quickly and were all very flavourful. And best surprise was the the recommendation of kashmiri pulao which had amazing aroma and flavour with chunks of pineapples, resins and I think, ghee. Gagan served us with lightening speed and her bright smile definitely , we will come back for some good panjabi food!
This is my third time here and each time never disappoints. It’s always easy to get to, easy parking welcoming staff and clean environment. Family friendly also. The food.... Is always fresh, hot and full of flavors. It has been the best authentic Indian food we have had in Canada. The low spice heat level is great for me, who is not a high heat lover. For the heat lovers they got you covered also. Portions are very filling see pics below. Highly recommended.
